Order Processing Time
Please allow 3–6 business days for order processing, packing, and quality inspection before shipment.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Once processed, your order will be handed over to our logistics partner for delivery.
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in China. International shipping times reflect cross-border logistics from origin to destination.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $20 USD.
For orders under $20 USD, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system. This delay may occur as packages move through initial sorting and logistics processing stages.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Depending on your country of residence, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
