Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items showing signs of use (including water exposure, casting marks, hook scratches, or bite marks) are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Customer-Initiated Returns (Change of Mind)
If you wish to return an unused item for personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong product), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Location

Approved returns will be processed through our designated fulfillment facility.
Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original eligible item.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.
